Patiala Heritage Haveli is an amazing restaurant that offers excellent service, good staff, and beautiful ambience. The manager is very nice and helpful, and the staff are professional and educated. The food is excellent, with perfect service, and live singing adds to the wonderful experience. The prices are reasonable and the hospitality by Mr Mandeep and his staff is outstanding. The atmosphere is great and the housekeeping staff could do with some improvement. For events such as parties and marriages, the staff is very cooperative and helpful. However, the quantity of food per dish is quite less as compared to other similar restaurants and the service can be slow at times. Overall, Patiala Heritage Haveli is a great place to visit and enjoy tasty food with excellent service and staff.
