Really want to give 0 stars for service. We can understand about other things but ordered a plain rice end of the meal and had to wait more than 15 minutes for plain rice. Still they did not deliver, left without eating rice. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400

Really enjoyed my visit to The Palms! The atmosphere was too good — calm, stylish, and perfect for relaxing. I tried the kebab and fried rice, and both were delicious and well-cooked. Pathetic service. If you order something, order manager just hop here and there doing nothing. Had to come back without having rice after waiting for 30 min. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner
