Very bad experience. The food quality was not good, and I found the hygiene standards concerning. The prices are also very high compared to the quality and service provided. Overall, it felt like the focus was more on making money than on providing good-quality, hygienic food. Definitely not a satisfying experience. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their service is extremely poor. We went there to have a meal and paid ₹180 for one meal. No one was even chechking whether we need something else, however we asked for some extra rice, but it was never served. We waited for more than 10 minutes and eventually had to leave. At the very least, they could have informed us if they were unable to serve it. Really disappointed with the service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I saw an advertisement for the Iftar buffet at The Olive Restaurant, Calicut and called the number provided to inquire about it. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. I tried calling three times before someone finally answered. When the call was picked up, the person simply asked “what?” in an abrupt tone. I explained that I was calling to get information about the Iftar buffet. Instead of responding clearly, he said something I couldn’t understand and then suddenly disconnected the call. If the buffet is already full or if reservations are not available, that can be communicated politely. Cutting the call without properly answering a customer’s query is unprofessional and reflects very poor customer service. I hope the management addresses this and ensures that staff handle customer inquiries in a more respectful and professional manner. Service: 1
