I’ve been a loyal customer of this bakery and visit every other week with my usual three friends. However, I was extremely disappointed by my experience yesterday. I visited with the same three male friends, and the staff made derogatory remarks and laughed about it. I left the store immediately. This behavior is disrespectful and unacceptable. It’s not what I expected. Staff should have some decency, manners, and professionalism when dealing with customers. I will not be visiting this bakery again, you’ve lost a customer.
