Poor quality. The shop attender was cutting the cakes into tiny pieces and selling for whole price.

They supply the best cakes in Karungal. My go to shop for cakes on special occasions. Note that you should order cakes a day in advance. Also they don't make fancy cakes. Only regular round, square, heart shaped cakes were available when I recently checked. Other items are generally good compared to other shops but price is also justifiably higher. They should definitely improve customer service. For the first time ever in my life I heard a cake seller telling we cannot write "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" on a 1/2 kg cake. The seller said he can fit in only "HBD" on cake. Then I took the cone and wrote not only "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" but also the name with two words!
