Being and introvert i usually do not post reviews regrdless of the experience. Although i was compelled to add one this time.
I called the restro and ordered food over the phone. It was a rather simple order for a triple chicken schezwan fried rice. The owner and the chef were polite enough to take my order and get the food delivered hot and fresh. Unfrotunately with the triple gravy there was a tiny leak which was acceptable. Thus i called the retro to only inform the incidence and that was the end of conversation. Post 15 mins of the call i received a fresh and well packed gravy with a complimentary pink lemonade which was a whole diff experience. I would have never expected a resteo to be so thorough with their customer satisfaction.
