The food quality was disappointing—mediocre at best—and did not meet expectations for the price charged. Service was another letdown, with staff taking an unreasonably long time to attend to even basic requests, which diminished the overall enjoyment of the stay. Considering the high cost, the value for money is not justifiable. While the ambiance is a highlight, significant improvements in food quality and service are needed to make the experience worth the premium pricing.
