Extremely Unhygienic & Unprofessional. We visited The Eternity Restaurant (Gumtala, Amritsar) and were appalled to find around 20 cockroaches crawling on the walls and near our table. When we raised the issue, the staff casually dismissed it, saying the floor is “hardly used”—a shocking excuse for such poor hygiene. The manager was equally unapologetic and even demanded full payment despite the health risk. Totally unacceptable behavior and a serious public health concern. Avoid this place if you care about cleanliness and basic customer respect. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+

We really apologies.. . That area is under renovation. That was my manager fault who allowed you sit at that place .. for no more bad experience we are closed for renovation..

Very dissappointed with food, ordered paneer and mushroom both chef special dish today, waiter suggested us this is the best dish. But it was over loaded garlic, even chicken keema naan was yuck extra over loaded chunks of garlic as if eating garlic naan with garlic gravy.
Even Manager did not bothered for complaint
