Tried the mutton and chicken dum biryani at The Escape Restaurant in Duliajan. Both were very dry and disappointing. Only 2 pieces of meat in each, chicken was mostly bone with barely any meat. The biryani didn’t feel worth the price at all. The only good thing was the chicken manchow soup, and the service was decent. Definitely not a good place if you’re craving proper biryani.
