Absolutely loved my experience at the chocolate room jabalpur! The ambience is super cozy and perfect for hanging out with friends or having a quiet coffee alone. Worst place, extremely unprofessional behaviour, low quality food and zero hospitality. Poor ambiance,dull atmosphere,cheap interior and unnecessarily expensive. We are filing against them in the consumer forum for their rude behaviour. Against your reply in place of an apology for sending burnt dish chilli paneer : Keep the call recording that's really good, you will need it in the consumer forum. And your public reply on the Google maps review itself is affirming my review about your behaviour and your services. But it's just not fair for you to barge in on a weekend and demand an item which is out of stock, which we offered to you as a goodwill ( because of our customer appreciation values). We have a complete recording of your rude and indisciplinary behaviour towards our staff and our manager. Please take your hate to another place, we are not your punching bags, we give quality food and treat our customers with a value. I assure you would definitely visit our restaurant when you crave for some standards.
