When I called the restaurant to inform them of the same and provide feedback to adjust the temperature of the refrigerator - the blatantly REFUSED to acknowledge saying it can't be the case and instead said keep it outside and have it after some time if I felt so. Extremely rude staff behaviour and not accepting of mistakes let alone apologize for it. I have been a regular customer and I'm deeply deeply disappointed with the way they treat feedback and talk to the customers and moreover refuse to accept any mistake or take accountability. Extremely bad experience.
