I visited canadian crunch twice with my wife and it was the worst experience. Hot chocolate is the worst and it was thick paste - many spoons of chocolate powder added to plain water and that’s it!! - when asked just to add some milk to dilute. But cold milk was added to it making it a cold chocolate drink and brought it back to us. We didn’t complain at all. Importantly no bill was provided as well. Most irritating part is there is a very short guy who was roaming around and he was plainly staring at my wife. She was uncomfortable and was complaining the whole time to me. Even when I looked at him he didn’t flinch and kept staring at my wife all the time. Also when we were paying bill he kept staying close to my wife and rubbed her a bit as well, making her most uncomfortable. We didn’t want to make a issue out of it we left without saying a word. This happened not once but twice with the same person and the same way!. I am not sure if this how these people treat customers and making them uncomfortable with inappropriate behaviour. We will never ever visit this place and will never suggest anyone as well. WHOEVER WATCHING THIS STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
