Suraj Ree(Manager) is very unprofessional he asked 100% payment before the check in he(manager) said "I won’t let you check in you’ll have to make the full payment right now." And he denied the card payment he said "Cash dena hoga pura abhi"..

This is my first time to Bishal hotel and it was quite a surprising one to see as the staff are quite helpful and the food that is Kashmiri nun and chilli chicken is really a very good one and the staff Birota Sinha is so cute and generous

We visited The Bishal rooftop restaurant today. The food, ambience and service were really good. Our server Arpita was very sweet and catered to our requirements with utmost professionalism. Overall it was a good and pocket friendly experience. Service: 5
