Please Don't visit: I had booked the hut at The Big Tree Café, Jaipur on 4th November for my wife’s birthday and paid the full advance of ₹3,000. In addition, I also spent over ₹2,200 on food. However, the hut was extremely dirty — there was dust on the AC, a bad smell inside, mosquito stains on the gate, and dirty handprints all over. The wooden mat on which the plates were placed was in terrible condition and even had fungus on it. Since it was my wife’s birthday, I didn’t want to spoil our special day, so I didn’t react at that moment. We just ordered some basic food, stayed for about an hour, and left — even though the booking was for 2.5 hours. Honestly, it was difficult to sit there for that long. When I showed the hut’s photos at the billing counter and asked for compensation, the staff didn’t respond properly or send anyone to clean. They just offered ₹200 off. If it hadn’t been my wife’s birthday, I would have handled the situation very differently. But I didn’t want to waste time and energy arguing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
