Extremely Disappointed with the Service <br> <br>We’ve been loyal customers, ordering waffles from this outlet for the past two years. Unfortunately, the recent change in staff has drastically affected the customer experience. The previous team was polite, friendly, and respectful, which made us come back repeatedly. <br> <br>However, the new staff—especially the North Indian employees—have been extremely rude and unresponsive. On two separate occasions, we were spoken to harshly, and their attitude felt more like they were ordering us around than serving customers. This is unacceptable behavior, and we hope the management takes strict action and brings back the quality of service we once appreciated. Food: 5 Service: 1
