My recent visit to TG's at Hyatt, Pune, was an outstanding private dining experience that I highly recommend. Their experiential set menu, available in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, offers a perfectly curated culinary journey. The meal began with a comforting and flavorful soup, followed by two incredible appetizers. The pan-fried dumplings were crispy yet tender, and the bao was fluffy, filled with a delightful medley of flavors. For the main course, the non-vegetarian prawn curry paired with sticky fried rice was a treat, bursting with rich, balanced flavors. The vegetarian option was equally exquisite, featuring snow peas, asparagus, and tofu in a coconut curry, alongside broccoli, beans, and water chestnuts in a coriander bean sauce, all paired with sticky fried rice. The desserts were the highlight of the meal – the lemongrass panna cotta and matcha tea crème brûlée were beautifully crafted, offering a perfect mix of textures and subtle sweetness to end the experience on a high note. TG's truly excels in delivering a memorable fine dining experience with impeccable service, a serene ambiance, and dishes that are a work of art. A must-visit for anyone in Pune looking for a sophisticated culinary adventure! Special mentions-Chef Akash and Sanika, who prepared our food under the teppenyaki concept with finesse.
