We celebrated my wife’s birthday at TG’s The Oriental Grill, and it turned out to be an unforgettable evening.From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The food was exceptional — we had Udon Noodles, Chef’s Special Sticky Rice, Thai Prawns, Salmon Usuzukuri, and Spiced Edamame. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and the portion sizes were just right.What truly made it special was the live kitchen experience — we loved watching our food being prepared right in front of us and interacting with the chef. It brought a whole new level of connection to the meal.A huge shout-out to Chef Subhashree, who made the evening even more memorable with her vibrant energy and personal touch. She surprised us with a beautifully done Bomb Alaska dessert that was not only delicious but also a showstopper!The ambience was elegant, the service was warm and attentive, and the overall vibe was just perfect for a celebration.
