How a person feels if you waited for so long and at the end they cancel your order. My child slept while waiting without having food.
Ordered from Chicago Pizza yesterday at dinner @ 8.30 on, which was to be delivered at 10:20 pm.
But when no one turned up at time and no calls, Waited for 95 minutes patiently.
Called up Chicago 3 times, everytime Sidhhartha who picked up calls told me food is on the way. Then automatically they cancelled the order without any answers... This is just so bad. Never going to order from this pathetic place who don't care about thier customers. Dont have basic ideas of Hospitality.
They are much below than poor.
Chicago please close your pathetic joint if you can't deliver food, it will save a lot of time and money of a lot of people.

I have been there last weekend and tasted crispy crunchy yummy Chicago PizZA. Veggie fiesta was really tasty and served very fast. Must try!!!
