I recently purchased a cake from TGB Cake Shop in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, and I was horrified to find a dead fly inside the cake. This is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. It raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and food safety standards at this establishment. I strongly urge others to avoid buying from this shop until they improve their hygiene practices.
