The Falafel Box offers an average experience. While the ambiance and seating were good, the food preparation needs significant improvement. The staff's behavior could be more professional, as it fell short of expectations. Additionally, the prices seemed a bit higher compared to the quality of the food. It’s not the worst experience, but there is definitely room for improvement. Hopefully, they will work on these aspects in the near future.
