Had an extremely disappointing experience at this café. The food itself was below expectations, and when we politely complained, the staff behaved very rudely instead of addressing the issue. To make matters worse, the owner’s attitude was even more unprofessional and unacceptable. What was supposed to be a pleasant family get-together was completely ruined. Customer service is about respect, but this place has none. Would never recommend visiting here – if you raise a concern, be prepared to be treated in the worst way possible.
