Walking near Purva Tirupati Shri Balaji temple, visit Hotel Royal Heritage. Guests don't like coffee at this place. The convenient location of this spot makes it easy to reach by any transport. The staff is said to be cheerful here. Fine service is something that visitors note in their comments. Here you will pay average prices. There is a cozy atmosphere and good decor at Hotel Royal Heritage. But google users haven't given this place a high rating.

Rooms were okay, service was not that great. We stayed in this place as it was near to Kamakhaya temple and we were supposed to go to the temple in midnight 2:30am but we did not get hot water for bathing, we called to the reception to inform they said leave for 10min you will get hot water, even after leaving for 30min we did not get hot water( also we couldn't reach them later) so we ended up taking coldwater bath. Suggestion for management pls install Geyser in every room.....

Worst Hotel!!!!! No hot water facility , when called and asked for hot water they told, it’s under repair from one month ! Hotel telephones don’t work Kettlesdoesnt work Would never recommend this hotel

Went there in 2019; it was really great at the start. The rooms were adequate, it is also close to the bus station. The room service was great; housekeeping was fabulous! However the real color of this hotel's management came during checkout. The manager at the checkout counter (an old man with glasses) accused us of soiling the bedsheets with food. He along with a different housekeeping staff embarrassed us in the lobby saying we should have had our food at the table (which we did). It's a 3-star hotel. Guests can have food wherever they want. If the sheets get soiled, then you can add extra cleaning charge to the bill (we did end up paying extra cleaning charges outside of the bill). But why did the manager have to humiliate us like that? Treat us like we were children? A sincere request to Hotel Royal Heritage to not keep such toxic people at work. I too work in hospitality and I can never imagine speaking to a guest like that. It's been 5 years (it's 2024 now as of writing this review) but that incident is still fresh in my mind and has given me a bad vibe about this hotel. Again the service from the busboys is great - no qualms against them. It's the upper management people who are toxic. Service: 1
