Worst hotel of India Rooms were extremely dirty, a tiny rooms with not even proper electric socket Bathroom was even worst than public uncleaned toilet looks like haunted place It's better to stay In footpath than this hotel Never ever go to this hotel otherwise you'll end up with regretting

Darjeeling ka sabse ghatiya restaurant hai ye. They are making fool to the people comming their , they so in responding,non co-operative telling lies every time . Such a worst staff and their services.... Sir bolte hai sab hai per dena kuch bhi nhi pani ,light sab phele se hi band kar dete hai subha se food ke nam me to kuch de denge ..... Please don't come in their hotel plzz

I was at this hotel unluckily on february 2023. I have lots of comments regarding this hotel and listed below: **1. Lack of Basic Amenities** - **No WiFi**: Despite listings claiming paid WiFi availability , my experience matched your complaint—WiFi was either non-functional or inaccessible. This is unacceptable for a hotel in 2025, especially for travelers needing connectivity. - **No Water in Toilet**: The property advertises "attached bathrooms" and "H/C water" , but my room had no running water for hours, making basic hygiene impossible. #### **2. Absentee Staff & Poor Service** - **No Employee Assistance**: The front desk was often unmanned, and requests (e.g., for toilet repairs or extra blankets) were ignored. This contradicts the hotel’s claimed "24-hour front desk" and "housekeeping" services . - **Unresponsive Management**: Unlike the positive reviews praising hospitality at *Teesta Homestay* (a different property) , this hotel offered zero support during emergencies. #### **3. Overpriced for Substandard Conditions** - **High Rates for Low Quality**: While standard rooms are listed at ₹750–₹1,500/night , I was charged nearly double without justification.
