If you want to remember Parliament Building (Mantralaya), come to this restaurant first. At Nksha, you will be offered Indian cuisine. Our recent visit to Nksha was nothing short of a complete disaster, leaving us utterly disgusted and without even having eaten. As a family of eight, including a senior citizen, we arrived and were told we'd have a wait. We patiently stood by for 35 excruciating minutes, only to witness a blatant disregard for basic fairness and customer service. It became painfully clear that this establishment prioritizes "cred and car" over actual sequence. Multiple parties who arrived well after us were seated ahead, seemingly based on their appearance or the cars they drove. When we questioned this unacceptable practice, the managers — both of whom were fully aware of our lengthy wait and the presence of an elderly individual — outright lied to our faces. They claimed the later-arriving groups had prior bookings and were "foreigners," a claim we quickly debunked after overhearing their conversations. The sheer dishonesty from the management was appalling. To subject a senior citizen to such a prolonged and disrespectful wait, only to then be lied to, is an absolute disgrace. We ultimately left without having any food, our evening ruined, and my father-in-law's 35-minute wait a testament to Nksha abysmal service standards. We will never return, nor will we recommend this establishment to anyone. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences we've ever encountered. They lied to us on our face."It was nothing short of racism and a display of blunt hypocrisy by both managers. They continually claimed to be unaware of my senior citizen father-in-law's wait and lacked the basic courtesy to intervene or offer any form of service recovery as we departed." "The managers' actions were a clear exhibition of racism and sheer hypocrisy. They repeatedly denied knowledge of the senior citizen's plight and utterly failed to offer any form of service recovery, not even attempting to stop us as we walked out." It's puzzling to see awards for service when the actual service is quite poor.
