I had high expectations when I heard that Taqashi Mandi was opening an outlet in Chalakudy, especially since I enjoyed their food and services at the Kochi outlet. Unfortunately, my experience at the Chalakudy branch was the complete opposite. To start with, the food quality was underwhelming. Even simple things like serving hot alfahm were overlooked, which was surprising. While I understand that food may not always meet expectations, what truly ruined the experience was the service. The staff displayed an unprofessional and arrogant attitude, behaving as if they didn’t care at all.
