I don’t understand how people are eating this food. I’m surprised to see the reviews and the number of people dining there. It feels like they’re in a mindset where if you don’t like ramen, you’re not trendy or part of Gen Z. We tried three dishes, and here’s my review of each: 1. Chicken Devil’s Tamen - This was essentially milagu rasam with momos, soft-boiled egg, green chilies, red chilies, greens, and some special masalas. 2. Chicken Bolognese Tamen - Similar to the Devil’s Tamen, but instead of rasam, they used Knorr’s tomato soup as the base. 3. Chicken Cheese Bomb (Starter) - Surprisingly tasty, but it was clearly made from frozen chicken. Note: There are very few chairs, and they charge extra for parcels and additional chopsticks. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Parking space: Difficult to find parking

A Must-Try Ramen Joint with Superb Food but Room for Improvement I recently visited TAMEN - The Local Ramen Shop located in Besant Nagar, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The highlight of my visit was undoubtedly the superb food they served, leaving me completely satisfied and craving for more. The ramen bowls at TAMEN were a true delight. Bursting with flavor, each bite was a symphony of taste. The broth was rich and aromatic, perfectly complementing the tender noodles and the assortment of fresh toppings. I was particularly impressed by the generous portion sizes, which exceeded my expectations. For ramen lovers like me, it was a true paradise. However, I must admit that the cleanliness of the place raised some concerns. It seemed that they were understaffed, as there were delays in clearing the leftover plates and ensuring a tidy dining environment. It would be beneficial for TAMEN to address this issue and allocate sufficient manpower to maintain cleanliness throughout the day. Also, they did not provide plain water in their dine in restaurant, which they should reconsider and provide water for all the diners. We went during sunday night, which is a peak hour, we did not get seating space inside, we stood outside. The tables were not cleaned, the leftover plates were lying on all the tables. If you are planning to go on weekends, please be cautious of people asking for charity (Kids especially), there will be many. The kids' behaviours were rude while asking for food or money and it made the experience of people who are standing outside, even worser. TAMEN - The Local Ramen Shop is definitely a must-try for ramen enthusiasts. The incredible flavors and ample portions make it a go-to place for a satisfying meal. While improvements in cleanliness and customer experience would be welcomed, the exceptional food overshadows this inconvenience. I highly recommend giving TAMEN a visit to experience their delectable ramen offerings firsthand. Vegetarian options: Very less, but they have an option for Vegetarians. Kid-friendliness: No. Please accompany your kids. Parking: Its a local joint, there is no exclusive parking for this shop. Wheelchair accessibility: No, it is not wheel chair accessible. Dietary restrictions: This is a Ramen Shop, You can not think about Dietary restrictions here. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹1–200
