I ordered a naked chicken taco meal, found that it wasn’t as nice as what I’ve had at properly big Taco Bell India restaurants. Moreover, I was told BY THE STAFF at the cash counter that it comes with free refills. A kid came by twice with two glasses to get refills and the staff obliged. However, after asking the attendant at the counter to ensure that a refill was to be provided, I went back to my seat to get my paper cup, and when I went back, it was the manager of the outlet who asked me to show him the invoice, and I did. He curtly mentioned that it only includes one drink and was quite rude to me. I was in a hurry so I did not fight at the time, but the experience did leave a lasting bad impression. Even after staff assured me I would get a refill that pompous little prick refused and embarrassed me. I know no one from management will read or even attempt to correct this, but if you’re a potential customer reading this, STAY AWAY from this outlet.
