I've eaten here before and I like it, but I uploaded an incident that happened a few days ago when I went to eat this time. Similarly, the normal kuzhimanthi is not a good thing. The chicken we got to eat that day was as cold as ice. I visited Taban, Adoor recently and really enjoyed the food and ambience. The restaurant is neat and well-maintained, with a comfortable seating arrangement and a pleasant atmosphere that makes it a nice place for dining with family or friends. The food was the real highlight – full of flavor, well-cooked, and served in good portions. The rice was fluffy and aromatic, the meat was tender, and the spices were perfectly balanced, making the dishes very satisfying. However, I did feel that the service could be improved. The staff were a bit slow and not very attentive, which affected the overall dining experience. I have always ordered Mandi through delivery applications, but I’ve noticed a recurring issue. It seems that customers dining in at the restaurant are given better or preferred pieces of meat, while delivery orders sometimes receive different cuts. This creates hesitation in our minds when ordering, as we feel the dine-in customers might be prioritized over delivery customers. That said, I must admit the cuisine itself was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, authentic, and satisfying. I genuinely appreciate the taste and quality of the food, but I hope the restaurant can ensure that both dine-in and delivery customers receive the same quality and type of meat pieces, so everyone can enjoy a fair and consistent experience.
