This place is a rip off. The atmosphere is sketchy. Waiters are thoroughly trained touts. The alcohol and food are way too expensive for the experience and waiters are pushy to the extent of irritation. Then they add a "mandatory" service charge. The gall! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
