Many guests come here to enjoy nicely cooked fried fish, prawns and biryani. The appealing staff welcomes people all year round. Good service is something visitors agree upon here. The pleasant atmosphere meets you at this restaurant. But google users haven't given Hotel syndicate mess a high rating.

If you are looking for an amazing home food experience, this is the place to be. If you are in port blair and looking for a heart filling experience then this is the place. The place looks very basic but the food is simply amazing. Unlimited Rice, coconut chutney, 2 sabzi, sambhar, rasam, salad, curd and ghee. Their made to order fish fry and meat is a must taste. We were staying in fancy resort but travelled an hour to eat at this place. In our 2.5 days visit, we had 3 meals here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Now this is a place that you don't find easily as it is not listed anywhere. If you are interested to taste authentic south Indian meals with non veg on the side...then you must try out this place. We went there as a family of 4 (2 daughters below age 5). We had meals with local chicken curry, prawns curry and fish fry. (For INR 950) Pros : Tasty food Fresh Unlimited meals Clean Prompt service Courteous Cons : Ambience Only available at lunch We were provided rasam and buttermilk in small glasses from which you may even drink . Rasam and buttermilk were out of the world. They will ask you to dump the leftovers on the plate at the end of the meal. Overall we enjoyed the meal and would definitely come here again.
