I recently visited Symphony Café at The Fern Residency twice, and unfortunately, both experiences were disappointing, mainly due to the poor service. On my first visit for their buffet, while the food was undeniably good, the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed unengaged and unresponsive, failing to deliver the starters even after multiple requests. The overall experience was frustrating as it felt like the staff needed proper training and attention to customer service. Hoping for a better experience, I returned for a lunch shoot, but things only worsened. I encountered the manager, Shivam, whose attitude was shockingly rude and unprofessional. The staff again were slow and largely unavailable, and even after raising concerns, nothing was done to rectify the situation. To sum up, while the food at Symphony Café is good, don’t expect much in terms of service. You can visit for the buffet, but don’t count on the staff being helpful or attentive.
