Spectacular service is something guests like here. You will certainly appreciate the quiet ambiance and beautiful decor. The average rating of this spot on Google is 4.3.

I stayed at this property from 01.04.2025 to 04.04.2025. This was not my first time in this Hotel, I have stayed here several times before this stay. There is no issue regarding the rooms / service / hospitality. I will give 4.5 out of 5 for the above. Food quality is also awesome, really good taste & preparation. Although, price of food is bit on the higher side, but if one wants the quality, then this price is Ok. One issue that bothered me this time was "IN-ROOM DINING". Whenever I ordered food in my room, the delivery guy always insisted on immediate payment. He carried a swipe machine & said pl. pay immediately. I was surprised, as this had never happened during my previous stays. previously, I had to sign the invoice and food bill was cleared by me during my check-out. During my first in-room order, I presumed the delivery guy is new & may be there is some mis-understanding. So, I paid. Again during my second order same thing happened, I asked the delivery boy regarding the reason for insisting on immediate payment. He said "it has been instructed from front office / check-in counter". Hence, I called the check-in counter to ascertain the reason for the same. They answered my call & said will get back to me in few minutes. In the meanwhile I paid the food bill. But after passage of about one hour when there was no call back, I again called the front desk, they just started beating round the bush, could not give any satisfactory reply. Moreover issue was same even after my appraisal to front desk. I was surprised, when a person orders food in-room & food arrives about 30 to 45 minutes after the order, the person is eagerly waiting for the food, with an expectation that he will have food immediately on arrival after signing the invoice, but on delivery they delivery person says "YOU HAVE TO PAY IMMEDIATELY" and indirectly gestures, if not paid I will take it back. Ones appetite goes away, our concentration goes away from food and is focused on bill payment. Such is the present case with SWOSTI PREMIUM BHUBANESWAR. I thought of enquiring from other staff of the same hotel regarding the same issue, without referring to my experience. I talked to about 9 staff members regarding the same. But, I found such was not the case with everyone. Still today in most of the cased they rely on signing of invoice for in-room guests. While checking out, I again raised this issue with the front desk, but with a smile they preferred to ignore it and tried to quickly settle my dues so as to avoid answering my query. Such is the case with so called & self proclaimed star hotel "Swosti Premium" Bhubaneswar. All the future guests, keep your phone / card ready to be prepared to pay before enjoying your in-room dining meal. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view

Very Good Room and property is very neat clean and Green. Hotel staff is very Good and Supportive. It was pleasent stay with Swosti Premimum.. Thanks to Entire hotel staff.. Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Great value
