I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Hotel Swiss Trafalgar in Nashik for my engagement. The staff was completely unprofessional, and the food quality was disgusting. The rooms were in terrible condition—our door was broken, and the landline wire was cut. It was clear that the hotel had no regard for basic maintenance. The manager, Lokesh Kumar, was incredibly rude and disrespectful, adding to the frustration. His behavior was completely unacceptable, and he showed zero interest in addressing our concerns. The service was chaotic, and nothing was done properly. It honestly felt like they were scamming us. I deeply regret choosing this hotel and strongly advise everyone to stay far away from it. Do not waste your money on this place! Service: 1

*Disappointing Stay at [Swiss Traffalgar]* I recently attended a marriage ceremony at Swiss Traffalgar and had the misfortune of staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. - *Dirty Room*: Upon checking in, I was shocked to find my room in a state of disarray. The bed was unmade, and the bathroom was dirty. - *Poor Service*: The hotel staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns. It took multiple calls to the front desk to get someone to attend to my room. - *Noise Pollution*: The hotel's proximity to the main road made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The constant noise of traffic and honking horns was unbearable. - *Overpriced*: Considering the subpar service and amenities, I felt that the hotel was grossly overpriced. - *Unorganized Event Management*: The marriage ceremony was poorly managed, with long delays and disorganization. Overall, my stay at Swiss Traffalgar] was a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Basically in that luxury Hotel only 4 housekeeping staff available. Service: 1

Swiss Traffalgaar Luxury Hotels: A Nightmare, Not Luxury My wedding weekend at Swiss Traffalgaar Luxury Hotels was an absolute disaster. This so-called "luxury" hotel was anything but. The rooms were filthy, with no doormats or buckets in the bathrooms. The lights were constantly flickering, adding to the overall unpleasantness. The staff was incompetent and unresponsive, making our experience even more frustrating. The highlight of the horror was the food. Our guests were left starving as the hotel failed to provide adequate food for the number of attendees. The management's complete lack of response to our complaints was infuriating. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to reconsider. It is a complete waste of money and will ruin your special event. Service: 1
