Dear Customer, We take every feedback quite seriously and we would do anything in our capacity to make your experience better provided you tell us what went wrong. As per our records, your Order ID: 1733406609 was received at 10:33pm and it contained multiple packets of cookies , whole banana bread and mousse cups. On receiving the order, the management made sure every pack of your cookie was freshly baked as we didnt want to dissappoint you who placed faith in our establishment and ordered 2 rainbow cookies, 2 choco chip, 2 fudgy brownie and 5 of oats n raisins. We wanted you to have the crispiest and most flavourful cookies because of which we spot baked them even when it took a good half hour delay.
