i would suggest that this Bakery watch a YouTube video or refer a Baking cookbook to know what Black Forest cake it. A chocolate cake with whipped cream is NOT a Black Forest cake. Dont call yourself a Luxury baker, if you do not know that Black Fores cakes have cherries in the layers, and chocolate shavings on top.Anyway. thoroughly disappointed
