the cake was damaged when it was packed, the dilivery person also showed me the vid of them packing a damaged cake this was the cake I recieved

the delivery guy was probably drunk it took him more than n hour to reach the bear destination... even after calling him straight 5mins he was not picking up call.. even though I shared with him the Google location yet he was not able open the location he said ... in the end he called me to collect the order from near by landmark i.e viveka hospital which is near by but still I had to walk till there at night in 12 am... I wanted to give him 0 stars but 1 is the least possible I request not to drink when you are at work.. this really impacts the experience of others ... I needed refund as the order took more than an hour to deliver but it was supposed to deliver in 15mis when I ordered it.. worst experience I won't use zomato again..
