We’ve lived in Kuwait for a long time and having been there for years we had a big friend’s circle - which meant; a birthday or two a month. One great cake company in Kuwait is ‘Wow Cakes’ and the taste of those cakes are still cherished. We own a property in Nagoa and a client ordered her 60th birthday cake from Gail. I’ve observed many cakes at occasions in Goa and I must say the weather does not favor cakes here. Cakes tend to sweat and need to be kept in a fridge or an air conditioned room. When Gail came to deliver her cake - must say, such a double to earth, all-smiles lady she is! I asked if the cake needs to be kept in the fridge or AC room. She said just a cool room with the fan on was enough. To my surprise, I’ve never seen a cake on the dance floor for 25-30 minutes and it comes back just the way it was taken. sweet Rhapsody’s cake did not sweat at all. When it was cut for serving at the menu, I was impressed by her neat work - such good finish and the taste was absolutely divine. Just not something I’ve had in Goa. So I went ahead and ordered a cake from her for my dad’s 70th. We drove with the cake to the outskirts of Goa (3-3.5hrs) and the buttercream cake was just fine. I ordered carrot cake from Gail. I would recommend Sweet Rhapsody to anyone looking for something different and outstanding. You can tell her cakes are done with a lot of detail and dedication. Hats off to you Gail! The Cake was a beauty, you managed to make exactly what l asked for, and my wishes and dream come through. The amount of compliments that I received, for it were endless, and at the end of the day, it all disappeared, because it taste so delicious.
