first they didn't send any cutlery..second I asked them to write happy mother's day on the cake they didn't write...the cake is not at all fresh and tastes very bad and stale..also the cake was melting meaning it was not kept properly..I always order cakes from them but this is the first time I had such a bad and horrible experience..want something to be done in compensation to this because this experience literally ruined our mother's day celebration...
