Disappointing experience at Sweet House Pazhayalakkidi Bakery. Red velvet cake had inconsistent texture, sour taste, and unexpected liquid filling. Customer service was defensive and unhelpful when I complained. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had a terrible experience at Sweet House, Pazhayalakkidi. Their cakes were consistently disappointing. The Black Forest Cake was contaminated with another cake, the White Forest Cake was old and had insects, and the Red Velvet Cake was not fresh. To make matters worse, the staff was unfriendly and defensive when I complained. With such poor quality control, I wouldn't recommend Sweet House to anyone. Service: Takeaway Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
