I ordered two cake for fathers day via swiggy the worst packaging you have done.. Both the cakes got stick to boxes.. Aren't you guys aware that if the cake nature is of getting melt then you must provide the container according to it which will not let the cake go melt

Pathetic staff experience. Customer since the era of Jain Bakers. Staff called me to this branch for customised cake and when I came they tell me that chef is on leave. Absolutely pathetic experience. Was a fan of Jain Bakers, Oven Pick and Sweet County (Ghatkopar East). But looks like owners decided to expand or franchise without applying their mind. I had ordered a cake for my brother-in-law's birthday from Swiggy at 11:50 but forgot to add instructions to have his name written on it. When I called to request it, they informed me that the cake was already packed in plastic due to the rain. However, upon my request, they kindly opened the packaging, added the name, and repackaged it. I really appreciate their thoughtfulness and consideration.
