Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. Taste nicely cooked kacamak and good chaat that are offered at Sweet Bengal. Many guests have noticed that the staff is energetic at this place. Terrific service is something that visitors highlight in their comments. The comfortable atmosphere has been noted by the clients. But this place hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

Closed before closing time, and on asking whats the shutdown time, the staff refused to answer and forced us to take parcel. It brings a bad name to the Speciality chain! Service: 1

Viman Nagar store was shut at 9:40pm and they refused to serve saying it’s closed. Didn’t want to highlight this but it’s bad for Mr. Anjan Chatterjee’s brand. Staff is unaccommodating, laid back and rude. Felt like we gatecrashed their plan of early shutdown. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

#Authentic Kolkata Taste in Pune!”. Sweet Bengal, Viman Nagar completely won my heart! The Nolen Gur sweets tasted exactly like Kolkata winters — fresh, warm and full of nostalgia. Their Patisapta, Jolbhora Sandesh and Baked Rosogolla are must-tries! Staff is polite, service is quick, and everything feels premium. Highly recommended for all mishti lovers!
