I specifically mentioned that I wanted all my entire order in one big box (not gift box though), and not in 3 small boxes. This is purpose of gifting but that doesn't mean I need a gift box and you'll charge me Rs 120 extra just for the gift box. Now how can I gift someone this 3 small boxes, looks so bad. Sweet Bengal being a Bengali confectionery should know this little things. Why don't you check with customer if you don't understand the instructions.
