Dear Zomato Support Team,I am extremely disappointed with my recent order. Here are the issues:1. I had ordered Dal Palak Khichadi (Qty 2, ₹120 each) and Chicken Singapore Noodles (Half).2. Instead, I received the wrong items:Normal Dal Khichadi instead of Dal Palak Khichadi.Paneer Noodles (which do not even look like Singapore Noodles, just plain soya sauce noodles) instead of Chicken Singapore Noodles.3. All the food was packed carelessly in a single polythene bag, resulting in spillage and a complete mess inside the parcel.4. When I contacted the restaurant and shared photos, they admitted the mistake and promised to resend the correct order with proper packing. But immediately after that, the restaurant went offline on Zomato and their phone was also switched off.This is highly unprofessional, irresponsible, and unacceptable. Not only did I receive the wrong and poor-quality food, but also the service response was completely dishonest.I request Zomato to:Take strict action against this restaurant.

very bad. rotis was missing, instead of clear soup they gave something else, all the soups were same tasted almost the same, will never order from here again.
