Swati Snacks at Nariman Point is a great place if you’re looking for clean, well-made food. The restaurant is impeccably clean, and the servers are polite and courteous despite how busy the place gets. The food quality is fresh and hygienic, and several dishes are genuinely very tasty. That said, the biggest downside is the crowd. The restaurant is usually overcrowded, with a waiting time of around 30 minutes. Because the staff is so busy and preoccupied, attention to order details can slip. I specifically requested a dish without chutney, and it was served incorrectly—not once, but twice. Eventually, I had no option but to cancel the order. Overall, it’s a great place to eat for quality and taste, but only go if you have plenty of time and patience to spare.
