This hotel needs to seriously improve its hospitality. The staff lacked courtesy and promptness in handling guest concerns. My experience at Hotel Swaroop Villas, Udaipur was extremely disappointing. The staff was shockingly rude and showed no professionalism or courtesy toward guests. On top of that, the check-in process was unnecessarily delayed, with no apology or explanation from the team. This kind of attitude and inefficiency completely ruined the start of my trip. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they expect basic respect, smooth service, and good hospitality. Swaroop Vilas - Lake Facing Boutique Hotel offers a comfortable stay with a royal touch. The heritage-style property has a pleasant ambiance and good service. However, the online photos appear more spacious due to wide-angle shots, and the lake view from rooms is only moderately visible. It’s better to opt for a pool-view room and save the premium. Overall, the stay was comfortable with decent amenities, good comfort, and a peaceful environment worth experiencing. Service: 4
