I had a very bad experience with Swarna Hotel. I ordered Singapore noodles online, but they sent chili noodles instead. The food was so extremely spicy that it was impossible to eat. When I called to complain, they spoke rudely and then disconnected the call. There was no proper response at all. It seems they don't care about their customers. Very disappointing experience. Food: 1 Service: 1

Today I ordered schezwan noodles and the noodles for very soggy and when I opened the box very harsh smell came and noodles were very taste less which was not at all expected And after that I called to the Swarna hotel the person who attend the call told me that you have ordered from Zomato so please complaint returns Zomato only this was really embarrassing This was not the way to talk and if something has went wrong from your side so you have to accept it And I have not tried first time food from the hotel but many times but for noodles their case is same from a long time Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800

Me and my hubby travelled to Pune for an official visit from Mumbai and made a halt here for lunch .

The ambiance is good, bathrooms are clean and hygienic. Parking space is available. Staff is polite and service is prompt.

We ordered;
Lasuni Palak
Veg Handi
Dal Fry
Jeera Rice
Tandoori Roti
Chapati

The taste and quality of the food was awesome. Good place for dinner/lunch with friends or family.
