We wanted to stay here, we came to check the room but the Manager is extremely rude!! Not a good person for hospitality Industry. The rooms were not occupied and the owner must know that the Manager is missing on sales due to his attitude and high head issues! To all the guests- avoid conversation with the Manager, his cold behaviour unwelcoming vibe might ruin your mood. Service: 1

Dear Mrs Srivastav!!! Sincere apologies for the bitter experience. Yes, we understand that some places offers good discounts if the rooms are empty but we have some policies regarding discounts. And We also understand that you have compete rights to ask for further discounts but asking for 50-60% is something we cannt offer.

Wish I could rate more than 5 star for this property. Stayed for a day ..They were excellent in terms of hospitality. Service was great, quick and every staff members were very polite. Location and property is very well maintained and photogenic, room were neat and food was tasty ... Feel free to book without a doubt.. Service: 5

I stayed at Imperial Heights Binsar for 3 nights and it was a truly refreshing experience. The property is beautifully built, blending traditional Kumaoni charm with modern comfort. Our valley-facing room had an incredible view, especially during sunrise—absolutely breathtaking. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, and even though some parts of the restaurant were under renovation, the food and service didn’t disappoint. Their pahadi-style dishes were a highlight. The property is also walking distance from Kasar Devi Temple, which made our mornings serene and spiritual. Evenings were peaceful with bonfires, indoor games, and the sound of the forest all around. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and scenic getaway in Uttarakhand, this place is perfect. I’m already planning my next visit.
