Tea is great at this restaurant. Imperial Heights Binsar is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. It's always good to experience something new and enjoy the exotic ambiance. As for the Google rating, this place received 4.3.

Extremely Poor Experience Not Recommended At All This is by far one of the worst resorts in Almora. The management is extremely poor, and there is a severe shortage of staff. The entire property is handled by fewer than five people, which clearly affects service quality. The geyser capacity is very small and the hot water stops midway during bathing. Rooms are not properly cleaned, and overall hygiene standards are unacceptable. Most importantly, the property does not feel safe at all due to minimal staff presence and very few guests staying there. Because of the low occupancy, breakfast is served à la carte instead of a buffet, and the food experience is also disappointing. At night, the property gives very negative and uncomfortable vibes. Towels provided are of very poor quality. I strongly request travelers not to book this property based solely on photos or videos shown on Google. The actual experience is completely different. The management quality is barely one star—OYO rooms provide far better service than this place. Please avoid booking this property.

I stayed at Imperial Heights Binsar for 3 nights and it was a truly refreshing experience. The property is beautifully built, blending traditional Kumaoni charm with modern comfort. Our valley-facing room had an incredible view, especially during sunrise—absolutely breathtaking. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, and even though some parts of the restaurant were under renovation, the food and service didn’t disappoint. Their pahadi-style dishes were a highlight. The property is also walking distance from Kasar Devi Temple, which made our mornings serene and spiritual. Evenings were peaceful with bonfires, indoor games, and the sound of the forest all around. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and scenic getaway in Uttarakhand, this place is perfect. I’m already planning my next visit.
