The food was disappointing. The biryani was excessively spicy, making it difficult to finish. I ordered beef biryani, but it resembled more of a beef curry mixed with rice. However, the presentation was impressive as the biryani was served in a clay pot, and the portion size was generous. The restaurant had no customers, possibly due to the unappealing food. The ambiance was like a large hall with well-arranged tables and chairs, and there was a separate AC dining area. The restaurant was maintained clean, and the wash area and restroom were somewhat clean. The restaurant provides parking for 2-3 vehicles, and street parking is also available nearby. It is easily accessible as it is located on the roadside on the way from Pothencode to Kazhakoottam. The beef biryani was priced at Rs. 150, but it's advisable to travel around 30 minutes for better food in Kazhakoottam. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.
