I recently had an unpleasant experience with Swagruha Foods, Vijayawada. I had high expectations when purchasing jangri from them. Unfortunately, the product turned out to be highly disappointing. The jangri I bought was not up to the mark in terms of taste and quality. It had a very bad and stale flavor, which made it almost inedible. To make matters worse, there was a distinct foul smell of used or stale oil emanating from it. This was completely unacceptable, especially from a brand that claims to deliver high-quality traditional sweets. What’s even more frustrating is the fact that Swagruha Foods charges premium rates for their products. If customers are paying higher prices, it is reasonable to expect superior quality. However, this experience left me questioning their quality control standards and whether they prioritize customer satisfaction. I may think twice before visiting Swagruha Foods again.
