MY self Mahendra Rawat form Noida Sector 104, I am also from service industry and somewhere connect to Hospitality worldwide. I would like to highlight below with regards your Swagath Restaurant sterling Mall, Noida sector 104.
I have My cousin Brother Mr. Amit Patwal, working in Sagar Ratna Restaurant (Sterling Mall, Noida Sector 104 Branch) as a Restaurant Manager, who suggest me to come with family for dinner at Swagath on 11th September On my Birthday.
On recommendation on my brother, Self with my Family (total 5 pax) Visited to SWAGATH Restaurant at Noida sector 104 for dinner and reached their around. 10;05 PM and they provide us table without informing anything regarding closing time due to local restrictions.
Later one Captain came to us and took our Order and regarding Drink he informed you will get only one Pag ( I did not had drink) , never mind later he bring the Starter after 15 minutes and just stand near on my table and keep pushing to do it fast and hurry on main course, I was surprise it was my birthday and I was with my family with one of my guest here for enjoy dinner and comfort , where these guys keep pushing us to finish all even food was still not on our table, even later they swished off Lights also which was very werst for me and my family. Finally, I told that Captain that we cannot have food on so quickly and pls pack it and will have at our home properly, below is Gist for your easy reference:-
1 – staff was full of attitude and behaving like we are prisoners specially that captain who was regular standing on our Head and keep pushing……and Misbehaving.
2 – Restaurant Manger was keep quite and only looking all issue on my table, their staff behaviors / my several request from standing one corner instead shorted it out and talk to us or his staff, unbelievable (specially he was aware that we have come through Mr. Amit Patwal and Mr. Lalit Bhandari’s recommendations
3 – We did not had food there and packed for home, because on that atmosphere and short time we were not comfortable and were only comfortable to have it at Home, also for this all drama I paid Bill INR 4100 without arguing anything.
4 – for all drama/ behavior NO Staff/Manger was apologize and keep showing their attitude
5 – I also came to know some Mall and customer sources that even after 10 pm they are allowing some special customer to sit with drink till 11:30 PM or late..
6 – your staff should have informed us once we enter at restaurant that closing time, so we could have some other option instead sitting there.
I am also from service industry guy and handling clients worldwide, was socking for me to kind of treatment have given to us by SWAGAT, and really it was very worst experience to me specially on my birthday in front of my family and guests.
